We were in need of a wine fridge for our beverage center and this hit everything we were looking for. The shelves are very sturdy and slide really well. The temperature controls and light control is perfect. Customer service was outstanding. I am not used to an actual person calling to confirm your order and communication all the way through the process was great. I was skeptical buying this without seeing it but it truly competes with the high end brands.

First the good: The cellar looks great. Fits the space perfectly under the kitchen counter. It's quiet. Keeps an even and cool temp. Basically does what it's supposed to do. The drawbacks are: 1) The shelves feel a bit flimsy and come off the the slides a little too easily. I wish they were sturdier. 2) the glass isn't tinted. We all know wine is light sensitive. I wish the front glass had tint to reduce light transmission. 3) And this is the big one ... the interior has a funny smell that won't go away. I'm pretty sure it's from the rubber that holds the bottles in place on the shelves. I let them sit outside in the sun when I first got the cellar hoping they would outgas the odor. And I left the door open (cellar unplugged) for a couple days hoping it would air out. It reduce the odor a bit and eventually I decided to plug it in and let the carbon filter do it's thing but here we are 8 months on and it still has a lingering chemical smell which makes me hesitant to really age wine in it.

Very happy with my Latitude S24. I just wish there was a humidity control and gauge.

Great product. Fit right in where the old one was. Works great. I love the simplicity of its operation. Keeps the correct temperature perfectly. I definitely recommend this unit.

We're really liking this fridge. It's quiet and it's nice that the vents are in front since we can keep it under our counter and in the corner. The shelving is quite flexible as well and we can consistently get 46 bottles in the fridge no matter the bottle shape (we have mostly California cabs and Rhone bottles). Great purchase so far.

We have a Wine Enthusiast 200+ bottle refrigerator in our garage & decided to order this under counter wine cellar for our kitchen. The single zone Latitude wine cellar was delivered in November 2023 to replace another brand wine refrigerator that died after 4 years. We're very happy with the new Wine Enthusiast cellar so far. It's very quiet compared to the previous one. The only downside is that it only holds 30 to 40 assorted sizes of red wine bottles.

We needed to replace our kitchen under-counter wine cellar that died after 4 years. Because we were very happy with a Wine Enthusiast cellar that holds 200+ bottles in our garage, we decided to purchase this one. John Tucci, the sales rep said that the compressor on this Latitude should last 10-14 years. I ordered it in November 2023 and it was delivered with white glove service. Was very impressed with the delivery service-2 guys unboxed the cellar on the sidewalk and carried it up 13 steps to our kitchen. Overall, we are impressed with how quiet the cellar is compared to our previous cellar. We think it's because there's a vent in the bottom front. It also holds the temperature well and the door seals well. The one negative is that it only holds 36 - 40 bottles of assorted sizes of red wines while our previous cellar held 50+ bottles.

Coolers are working good and look nice. Getting the shelves lined up took a little patience.
