“This one is very quiet - I barely hear the compressor when it starts up. The lights are nice because of the adjustable brightness. The temperature has remained steady. The glass door makes it look high end. The shelves are removable, but I wish they were adjustable, as I have to remove 3 of the 6 due to champagne bottle size. The shelving material does work nicely for non traditional bottle size - not wire or slats. I’ll probably get less than 30 bottles of champagne and wine in it, but I knew that up front. Shipping took way longer than told, but the “white glove” service was better than me wrestling w/ the unit and dealing w/ the packaging mess.”

“I am happy with the shipping process and the unit arrived in perfect shape. I was a little skeptical and it took a little longer than I thought it should but it arrived a week faster than stated. The unit meets my needs and it was placed inside a cabinet. It is not "whisper" quiet - after all, it has a compressor and when running has a moderate high pitch but still quieter than my fridge. It is not a deterrent. The temp remains constant and the shelves are easy to use. Very pleased overall and as with most issues involving wine, I might could have used more storage! Ha. Love the wifi app.”

“I received my wine cooler, but left it in the box until I was able to get someone to install under countertop. I was disappointed to see that one of the drawers was broken. I tried calling 2 days in a row, only to be left on hold for over 30 minutes. Then finally got someone on the phone to help. They told me they would send a new drawer, and send me an email with all the details. Well, it’s been 24 hours and I never received email. So, now I have to call back again (this will be the 3rd time) to make sure they are going to send new drawer. I have to say, I was so excited to get my wine cooler but so disappointed at the level of service. I paid over $1,000 for this. I should have to deal with all this aggravation”
