What can I say? $25 each for some plastic and some activated filter charcoal? Eurocave "has" you, and since you spent a bunch of money for a souped up fridge, might was well go all in for the filters... They seem to work but why they are so expensive is way beyond me.

A necessity, but very over priced for what it actually is. Would prefer a kit that can be refilled and re -used, just seems that would be more sensible.

Very important to keep my Eurocave working properly and keeping my wines cool.

Hugely overpriced. You can just rock the bottom off, peel off the thin pieces of filter paper and refill it with activated charcoal pellets you can buy on Amazon.

Easy to replace, but a bit of coin. However, given the amount invested in the typical wine cellar, this is a small cost of insurance to keep the environment catering to your happy wines. Purchase the 4-pack: four years of coverage, they're cheaper per unit, and you get free shipping from WE.

No reason these should cost more a few dollars each. (The grossly inflated price makes it feel as if I'm dealing with Big Pharma.) You should work with the vendor on this or obtain an alternate source. Leaves a bad taste. .

There is no odor in my wine cabinet. However, when I had a wine refrigerator without any deodorizer, there was no odor, either. It was nice of Wine Enthusiast to give filters to me for free because of difficulties with my order, but I honestly wonder if they are necessary. Maybe I'm just not enough of a connoisseur to store wines that cause that kind of problem.
