“Wow, what a great find!!! From the white glove delivery to the eye-candy display of our collection this has been a 5-⭐️ experience/purchase. Stainless steel door 'frame' accents the labels displayed in front of shelves. Temperature/humidity management have been spot on. Whether a beginning collector looking for that 1st cellar or a long-timer looking for additional capacity, this unit is excellent!!!”

“Adam helped me order the perfect cellar for our wine collection. It was delivered when promised and the white glove delivery was even better than I thought it would be. I do wish the booklet was more detailed. I still have to figure out what to do with the filters.”

“We really appreciate how big and how quiet this unit is. As you can guess, some bottle shapes are a little tight. One small issue; the plastic strip that covers the upper control panel is delaminating in the center.”

“Just received this unit about 10 days ago. It is quiet, spacious and consistent on temperature - hence the 5 stars. I am hopeful this will last longer than my experience with competitor models. On balance I am inclined to add some extra shelves - but that is a personal preference as I prefer to not stack bottles. My only warning to folks concerns half-size bottles (of which I am quite fond, since I am a light drinker). The shelf design does not accommodate all half-size bottles - some bottle shapes just fall through the shelf openings. If you are careful and use stacking - or place them all in the bottom compartment - that should not a problem. But about a third of my collection will ultimately be half-size and I may need to figure out a more robust solution.”

“Very dissatisfied with the experience. Had to speak with one representative and customer service agents numerous times. I bought this particular cellar because it was advertised as being suitable for ambient temperatures up to 109 degrees. When I received it, the delivery process itself was atrocious. It came with a manual for an LXi cellar that said it was only good to 80 degrees ambient temperatures; I was then sent, via a download, what was supposed to be the correct manual. It too said, good to 80 degrees; I was told it was a misprint. Josh, assured me I had the correct cellar and it will perform. If I have a problem with this cellar, due to it being located in 100 degree temperatures and due to a manual that is wrong, I have to keep all my email trail in order to prove I was told it is the correct unit and it is good in ambient temperatures up to 109 degrees. Unfortunately it will be a little while before I know the quality of the cellar and if I am going to have issues Really not sure what to trust! Really not sure what I will put on Facebook or Twitter. Time will tell.”

“OK, i don’t submit many reviews - most of the times it’s because a product is really terrible or terrific. This is the latter. I am a former wine professional who still maintains a significant collection. I’ve owned large Vinotemp units over the years, but we move frequently due to employment obligation so i pared down my cellar and wanted something easier to move, smaller yet still a decent size and attractive to place indoors. I searched and searched. There are a lot of products out there and most are VERY spendy. I literally spent months off and on kind of kicking the tires on the various units and settled on wine enthusiast - it was between euro cave and vinotheque. After speaking with one of the reps - who came across as knowledgeable not pushy, i pulled the trigger along with an extended warranty. I always get extended warranties. It was still more than i wanted to spend, but i had to bite the bullet and set my expectations very high to justify the cost. It included a delivery service where they unload it, take off all the packaging and remove it, bring it into your house, put it wherever you want it, turn it on and leave. No issues there. On to the unit itself - it’s nice. Real nice. Not super fancy, but well designed & built. I had to tweak the legs to level it, but it’s very easy - you simply twist them. The door is sturdy and seals perfectly. The drawers are very sturdy. Some pull out, some don’t. There are a couple of places where you can stack and other areas where it’s a single row. The spaces are such that i was able to it burgundy, Bordeaux and Riesling bottles with no issues. It is extremely quiet and i just set it and never had any problems. There is a cool light feature as well. So far so good (after a month or so). My only tiny grievance: some of the drawers orient the bottles sideways for presentation purposes so you can’t fit as many. I’d prefer keeping all of them uniform to maximize capacity, but that’s a personal preference. I can see people wanting to put some fancy bottles so you can see the labels.”
