“The cooler works to perfection. Only drawback is thatit is a tretch to get 80 bottles. there are7 shelves plus storage on the bottom and I found it difficult to get more than 7 bottles per shelf”

“Beautiful unit. Arrived on time without defects. My only comment to future customers- it is advertised as an 80 bottle unit but we found it comfortably holding 60 bottles. Most of our bottles have 750 ml in volume and are not all universal in size which significantly reduces the capacity of the unit. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased the next size up because this unit is full!”

“The wine cooler suggests 80 bordeaux style bottles. This is impossible. Each of the 7 racks only holds 7 bordeaux style bottles, therefore only 49 bottles are possible on the racks. Eleven bottles can be stacked on the bottom rack, which brings the total to 60 bottles of wine in this cooler. It's infuriating that an 80 bottle wine cooler only holds 60 bottles! My collection contains Pulliac, St. Esteph, Margaux, etc and these bottles do not fit into this cooler as advertised.”

“Delivery and the on line experience were fine. but the wine cooler that I had delivered has this really hokey looking blue back light that looks like something out of the 1980s. overall, I’m just not satisfied with this thing and feel like I ordered badly. I’m going to sell it for $.50 on the dollar and buy something that I actually like from a different website.”

“I’ve only had this a couple of days, so my review is incomplete. The white glove delivery service was a joke. They just dropped the fridge off and left. I had to put the handle on, and the directions were unclear. I think I got it, but I have two extra pieces that I have no idea how to use. I loaded the fridge today, and was pleasantly surprised at how well the shelves hold bigger bottles like Ripassa. Even my Pinot bottles fit better than I expected. So far I’m pleased with the overall build quality, but we’ll see how that goes. As long as it keeps the bottles at a good temp, I’m good.”

“One of the shelves is loose since bi got the cellar. I called and left a message with no response. I texted with no response. I emailed with no response. The pins that hold the shelf are too far apart to work. So far I am not impressed.”
