I just received my 80 bottle fridge today after waiting almost 2 months (but I understand the supply chain struggles). Looks like a high quality product and it is quiet. However, there is a serious issue with the shelf size. When trying to place my standard Bordeaux style bottles on the shelves, I can only fit 7 bottles in each shelf, not 9. When attempting to alternate the Bordeaux bottles on the shelves (5 in the front and 4 in the back), the shoulders of the Bordeaux bottles hit each other. Moreover, because the shoulders of the front row bottles are running into the shoulders of the back row bottles, the bottles don't sit properly into the slots on the shelves. When pulling out a shelf, one of the bottles on the side could easily roll off the shelf. I even measured my Bordeaux bottles, and they are the exact size that is stated above. If the shelves were only about 3/4ths of an inch deeper, I could fit all 9 Bordeaux bottles perfectly and the shoulders wouldn't hit each other. Either this is a design flaw, or it is just an issue with my unit. Anyone else have this issue??? I'm hoping it is just an issue with my unit because the size is just what I need. I tried to call customer service, but I kept getting transfered to different departments and no one could help. Hoping they can resolve the issue because everything else with the fridge looks well made!

Purchased on line on April 28. It said not in stock but will be available on May23, 2022. As of today, it's not been delivered. I have not heard anything from AMTrucking company? What's going on. I would have not purchased from you if I knew it would take 10weeks and or even longer.

Unit looks nice. Appears to be working well at keeping a steady temperature. Very unhappy that whenever it runs it makes a constant high pitched whine that’s loud enough to be annoying. It’s sitting level and solid on the floor, and the noise isn’t a “rattle” of any kind. Problem appears to be a cheap motor or insufficient sound deadening insulation. Would not buy again.

Solid and looks good. As many have commented before, the number of bottles that fit deep da in the geometry of the bottles. In my case, it’s more like 60 (not 80). But I knew that so was not surprised.

PROS: Great looking cooler, quiet, easy setup waited 48 hours before plugging in. CONS: Shelfs do not slide as smooth as they should. PLS consider upgrading

This is as advertised. It is not a high end wine cellar. I bought a smaller Eurocave last year which is much quieter and better quality materials. It was also quite a bit more expensive. What always surprises me about these wine cellars is how many non standard size bottles there are out there, how impossible it is to fit them in and how it impacts the capacity. Most of my wines are California Cabernet. I am able to fit 54 bottles in this unit.

Bigger than I expected. Runs silently but for a product that cost over a thousand dollars I feel the racks are cheap and flimsy. EuroCave is worth the extra expense.
