“I was surprised to see how the shelves do not lock securely so when you open the door, the racks come forward which can cause a tip over.”

“Very nice wine vault designed to be used in areas with a higher ambient temperature. My only complaint is that it doesn’t hold anywhere near 250. Yes, You can stack bottles on shelves, but they can then roll off when you’re opening the drawers.”

“Good quality fridge. The slides are all roller bearing which is awesome. Holds temp accurately and has been awesome to label and store my wine in the garage. I bought these peel off labels that I can easily place and remove from the wood shelves as needed. Only complaint is that it appears the light only works using the push button switch and stays on when you close door unless you again hit the switch. It should just operate when the door is opened.”

“Great Wine Fridge and is working great. Home Wine Vault was on back-order and the dates kept changing. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Delivery Customer Service over a period of a month and once it finally got to the warehouse - still had to call and make sure it was being delivered. While I find no fault with the unit or the delivery team - the Back-end Warehouses and Customer Service could definitely be improved.”
