“Great product and happy there is such a cooler to be placed somewhere other than inside. Have noticed there seems to be a constant fan moving air in the vault which I believe is necessary but didn't know up front, minor. And as always with so many bottle types if does fill up quickly. Overall I'm very happy and glad my collection has found a permanent safe home.”

“The wine vault arrived as advertised. The shipment arrived on time and the shippers crew carried out the delivery as advertised. The wine vault is now running as advertised. The only problem is, I need more wine to fill it up!”

“The led lights are only at the front of the unit, while on they don’t give much illumination to anything in the back of the wine vault. The shelves pull out forward but could come out a bit further for me. We put this in our garage and it fits well. Our garage is insulated and rarely gets over 85F, manufacturer’s specs indicate a temperature rating not to exceed. We only read this after purchasing but are well within the specs.”

“This seems like a nice and large wine vault. Delivery was great. The only problem is that I bought this over the phone and at no time did the salesperson note that the vault is 79" high. This is pretty tall and I had to do some pretty serious modifications of my stairway and basement to get the unit in. I wouldn't have bought something so big had I known how difficult it was going to be to get into a basement. Salespeople probably ought to go over dimensions with the customer to make sure they have considered the impact a unit might have.”

“The wine vault is as advertised, arrived undamaged, and seems to work well. The “white glove delivery” was a significant problem, however. They scheduled and then didn’t show up four consecutive days without ever contacting us to say they weren’t coming, so we sat at home waiting, a waste of many days. While I would have scored the delivery itself zero stars, I only dropped the overall rating by one star.”
