Following my first review in which I pointed out product misrepresentation I was contacted by WE in a positive conversation to address my concerns. To summarize, I pointed out the LED lights were not adjustable and the instructions to remove shelving was completely inaccurate. I also pointed out that 300 bottles was an impossibility without removing the majority of shelves. WE has not felt the need to correct any of its inaccurate information on the website or update to correct manuals. This is disappointing. Regarding storage capacity, we had the tech remove 5 shelves. With the bottom shelf reserved for magnums (double magnum won’t fit) we are at 250 bottles and may be able to get in a few more. This is about 90% Cabs with the balance in Pinots, Zin and Syrah. The wine cooler is gorgeous and functions well.

Like all the other reviews, very nice product, shelves come out to proper way, wood shelves, quiet, and cools quickly. As with the delivery, I paid extra to have it hauled downstairs and two guys had to haul it down the stairs. The extra money was supposed to be for 3 of them.

Highly recommend. As my husband and I started downsizing to live full-time in our beach house, we realized we'd need a safe, stable-temperature solution to store our wine collection in our basement. We started with one of these beauties in May 2021 and fit about 200 bottles before it started to feel too tight. We also knew we wanted to keep our white wine colder than the reds, so I called Dino Sapienza, who gave me the same terrific price (call Dino, much better than online quote) on a second unit, which was delivered at the end of July 2021. We just finished moving in another 8 cases, splitting the wine between reds in the left unit (hinge on the left, handle on the right) at 56 degrees. whites in the right unit (hinge on the right, handle on the left) at 49 degrees. I'm hoping to find a way to share a pic, we just love the way they look. Locks on the bottom are useless so I ordered a simple $20 key lock from Amazon that attaches to the door near the handle....any of these locks will only keep out curious teenagers, not serious thieves, so we lock our basement doors. Delivery on the first unit went all wrong (no damage, just rude inconvenience by 3rd party vendor) but Dino made it right for us, and second unit was delivered on time with no issues. Both units quiet as can be, and cool to desired temperature quickly and stay there with no variation. Happy to answer any questions.

We bought this Cellar because it 1) was advertised as 300 bottle cellar and 2) the user manual and Wine Enthusiast staff said that shelf removal was simple—just empty shelf, pull out, pull up and remove. The only way to put 300 bottles would be to remove all 11 shelves. Makes the Vino Viewing a bad joke. WE sent out technician to show me how to remove shelves (make me wrong). Technician confirmed that shelves cannot be removed per manual or WE tech support. In other words, WE was/is clueless about their product. To remove a shelf requires multiple screws removed under each shelf. So we had tech come back and remove 5 shelves. We currently have 180 bottles—it may hold another case. Not sure. WE assisted by sending the tech. Beyond that, even though they were friendly and professional do not understand what they are selling. Too bad. The key lock should be located elsewhere. The light should come n when the door opens. Otherwise, it is quiet and great looking. Just not what was advertised or expected.

I’ve had my first WE 300 bottle cellar for 2 years now and she’s running great. Quiet, like literally silent. It’s in my exercise room and so I have ample opportunity to be in close proximity and it does not make noise. Absolutely does not fit 300 bottles, but I did my research beforehand and understood that going in. Realistically if you collect Burgundian wines, have champagnes, and other larger bottles in the collection, it fits about 200-ish. Shelves pull in and out nicely. Seem sturdy enough and I’ve packed that thing to it’s capacity. They’re holding up just fine. Lights work well, but you do have to manually turn them on, not automatic which I wish they would, but it’s not a life ending tragedy!! Overall, a Very sleek looking fridge. I like it so much I’m now ordering a second because I need more space!! Pandemic Wine buying is apparently my jam. So, take it from a customer who has had hers for a while now and is in process of getting an additional one.

The cabinet certainly appears to be built sturdy, well constructed and very attractive. Impressive! The delivery team was so professional, amazing - Experts! After waiting a couple of days I entered in 55 on the temp. The cabinet reached that temp within 30 minutes and has not drifted! Recommendation is the key at the bottom should be handle, middle of the door, it would be nice that when I open the door the light comes on automatically. All in all a fantastic product, purchase, experience!

Okay, we really have enough wine for 10 people, but who counts. This is the perfect size and configuration for our 140+ collection. It is easy to adapt (taking out shelves) to fit most any bottle. We have a little room to grow if needed, but really not much, so be aware it really would not hold 300 bottles, especially if you have different size bottles. But for our needs it is still a great choice. The delivery guys were awesome!

A great in house cellar. the display is accurate to my measurement thermostat. It is quiet as a church mouse. The new format allows for very easy selections and the light sets a new bar. The instal team came when they said and when they left is was clean enough to wonder if they really came. still early, just a week but so far 5 star
