Two many bottles and not enough storage... Great unit first time around now I’m out SHOPPING...

Excellent product so far. Set up took less than 10 minutes. Crew was prepared. It did take almost 2 days for the temperature to go down to 55 degrees. Real capacity is probably 240 to 260 as some bottles are larger than your typical Bordeaux red.

We have had this unit for a little more than a month now and overall are happy with the purchase. This is our third wine fridge, we have two smaller kitchen units. We bought this unit to keep in our basement for longer term storage of mostly California Reds but have a decent mix in there right now. There are a lot of compromises in storage to consider, our expectations were realistic considering the wine we drink and this unit did not disappoint us with overall storage. We can fit well over 235 large bottles, with a bit of a squeeze possibly more. Double stacking the 10 shelves is no problem. Champagne and Pinot bottles really kill the available space. We do not store any of those. The wooden shelves are very nice and display your bottles nicely in the front.I really like the large open space at the bottom for odd size bottles etc.The unit has held it's temp though a bit varied from top to bottom, with no large overall swings. It is not loud and the light is bright (and dims a bit) and makes for a nice display if that's what you want.Things to consider:The unit is tall. The light is white only and can be nice for display, though some color and more dimming options would be nice there. The units door is almost clear glass, we tinted our glass with very good results. The door lock is very poor. Located at the bottom, it is flimsy and can easily be broken. Only a matter of time before a curious person breaks this lock. The feet of the unit are also poorly done and barely suffice for properly leveling and supporting such a large unit. Ours came with 2 extra feet which we needed as the install broke one very easily. Of course once settled it is all good - thank you for including the extra's.It is a great cellar unit for us and we are very happy with it so far. With some work on the feet, lock, and light it would be a truly amazing unit for the cost.
