“We really love the unit. Its a pity though, we ordered the monogramed letters and though they charged me and put them on back order, its been months with no response.Overall we like the unit, sturdy, easy to assemble but expensive to fill! Wish we got our letters though.”

“Great piece of furniture. Looks great and is a conversation piece. The only issue I have is the personalized letters are not symmetrical. We got a C and a G and the C is about an inch smaller than the G. Like they were produced by two separate companies. Even when we reordered, the new letters came back exactly the same, one bigger than the other. So I would definitely recommend the console but would say the personalized letters were a miss.”

“Christmas present for the wife and she loved it. We had some shipping damage on the first one delivered, but the customer service was exceptional and had it replace very quickly. This is a very unique piece, solidly built, and easy to assemble.”

“This is a heavy duty product that is well made and looks great. I had planned on placing it in the cellar, but it looked too good, so it ended up replacing a table in my living room.With regards to the concerns and complaints from many about the difficulty in putting it together, I would venture to say they overlooked one very important note in the instructions, "Do not tighten yet". The tolerances in lining up the holes and screws are very tight, so you MUST assemble it just tight enough to keep it together until the entire thing is complete, then go back and retighten every screw. I realize this is a pain, but it will take far less time and you will need to drink far less wine to calm down after getting frustrated putting it together this way. The other piece of advice I'd give is to make sure you do the final tightening with all four feet on a solid floor, preferably not carpet, to ensure the piece doesn't rack. This will ensure that the bolt slides easily between the doorsEnjoy”

“A well made product that fit perfectly in my entrance hallway.A second pair of hands are useful during assembly. There's a right and wrong way to mount the bottle holder panels that's NOT explained in the directions. Have a bottle of cab. handy to measure distance from back to bottle neck (9 inches). If it's less, you have a panel in backwards. The last mounting hole in the top was a problem on mine(required a longer bolt to grab threads). Comes with a USABLE antique looking padlock!I opted to not put letters on mine.”
