“Great service! I had a scare with a malfunction of my beverage center, and I spoke with Rikisha (not sure of spelling) and she explained the part I need and how to replace it. It was ordered and replaced, and the unit is working fine. The only issue is that you do not ship direct to Puerto Rico, so I had the part shipped to my daughter in DC and then she forwarded it to me. I do not understand why PR can't be serviced directly. Thanks for your attention!”

“The tech I talked to knew the exact part I needed. It arrived on time and resolved the problem causing my wine fridge to not work. Very simple inexpensive solution.”
