“The power supply board on my frig failed just 3 months shy of 5 years after purchase. After installation, the power supply is working very well. I got very good response from customer service, although they seem overworked.”

“My dual zone wine cool stopping working after 4 years of continuous use. After quick phone call work Paul, who helped identify the problem quickly and accurately, I received the replacement power board within 4 days. Wine cooler is working as good as new! thank you Paul!!”
