“Love this cellar! We have had 4 cellars and this is by far the best. It is quiet, holds temperature well, the drawers slide out easily, and we did not have to make adjustments in the shelves for our US-sized bottles.”

“The humidity will not go below 85 and the instructions say that the labels will come off. The frig has been running for 8 months in my airconditioned home and still empty as the hunidity persists.”

“Likes: solid looking, lots of racks Eh: hums louder than a fridge Poor: delivery service, "white glove" did not deliver as promised. This is my 3rd, and likely last, Eurocave. Simply better options and the premium "white glove" service is misleading - even when you get verbal confirmation.”

“I have had my EuroCave for about a week now. Love the product, everything I expected. I wish you would not label your delivery "white glove service". It made me expect too much. Two guys, dropped it off, had me sign for it and that was it. I had to unpack everything and read the manual to figure out where everything went. I don't have a problem with it, but all your advertising raves about the white glove service. If it just said delivery, then I would have given 5 stars. By the way, setting it up myself was no big deal.”

“the unit is well designed. the humidity level runs to the high side of normal and while the manual discusses how to increase the humidity level there is no easy fix to reduce humidity. as for the intended use of assisting in the quality aging of wine...ask me what i think in 5 years.”

“From start to finish, my experience with ordering and receiving the Pure M has been exceptional. It is extremely quiet which was a huge concern of mine as it is in our dining room. It is beautiful. It fits all sizes of bottles. Customer service is fantastic. Could not be happier. Just wish I would have ordered it sooner!”
