“We have had a Eurocave in the past and our new one adresses the isssues we had with the old one. They have moved the shelves apart slightly so that they can accommodate burgundy/pino bottles as well as bordeaux. They also have clever bottle supports you can move laterally as needed. Happy Customer”

“Unfortunately, I think my expectations were set too high. I had an N'Finity before and so far, i much prefer it. I was told the shelving in the Eurocave would be higher quality and flexible. But the shelves make noise and feel out of alignment. they are so close together that 70% of my wine is too wide (tall) to store. The plastic white shelf holders hit the bottles of wine when you open and close. The N'Finity storage system is far superior to the Eurocave. And the worse part - Now that I have bought my unit, i cannot get my sales person to respond to my questions. the customer support line was 9 calls deep when i tried to call. I am super regretful of this purchase. I wish I had bought the less expensive N'Finity that I loved in my prior home.”

“Beautiful unit. This is my second unit, which I bought because of its reliability and silence. It’s in our winter home, so I spent the extra money for peace of mind during the summer months when I’m not there. I would suggest slightly expanding the shelf trays, as several in my new unit caved in when I loaded them. There’s a YouTube you can watch for instructions as to how to do it.”

“I say so far because I'm not able to turn it on for 48 hours but wanted to give a shout out to Lauren for helping me with this decision and received it in less than 2 weeks! The delivery folks (Last mile delivery) were outstanding. First impression is well made unit. I have mostly extra large Napa cab bottles and they do hit the shelve above them a little when pulling in and out, but then again this is for storage. True capacity for the pull out shelves with bottles like these are 10 max per shelve, not bad. Great thing is that my 1.5 and 3 L bottles fit on the bottom shelves nicely, albeit not many of them.”

“Fragile Pak delivered the wrong unit. I refused the shipment. It was clearly not my Eurocave Pure L. Was 37" tall. Mine is 77" tall. Have been unable to reach them. Can you help?”

“Good morning, Love the fridge but one of the wood fronts to the drawers was damaged. I glued it back together and reattached it but if you could send one new one, we would appreciate it”
