When it proved to be too expensive to build in a wine cellar, I turned to the Eurocave option. Excellent product, very quiet. Like others, I found there is not quite as much room as perhaps advertised, but they do make it clear it depends on the bottles. I have a lot of Bordeaux, but also other bottles, including Burgundy and long California Cab bottles. You just have to know what you're getting. I did, and I'm very happy with it!!

Received my new Pure L 4 weeks ago and all is settled in. The temperature stays every tight in control within 1 degree F. It looks great and will get some great wine to drink in years to come. I do have an issue with the wine bottle scallops as they are supposed to manage different size bottles outside of the standard Bordeaux. What is the issue here, as this was the reason I bought the Pure L?

We built a wine cellar in a new home build and planned for a wine refrigerator rather than cooling and humidty control of the entire space. We wanted an excellent quality wine refrigerator that will last for years. We are very pleased with our purchase. The unit is easy to use. The temperature stays constant and humidity control works well. We looked at many other units and one problem we found with all units is the total number of bottles that can be stored because of the variability of bottle shape. This problem can be overcome to some extent by mixing and matching bottle shapes on the same rack. Wine Enthusiast provided excellent advice and service.

It's relatively quiet and looks great in the study. My main concern is temperature variance as it seems to fluctuate 3-4 degrees throughout the day. I also think the max bottle count listed in specs is ambitious. I have mostly American Cabernet followed by Pinot Noir and getting 12 bottles to a shelf is not realistic. It's very tight fitting and the best I could do on some of my shelves is 11 bottles with most other shelves at 10 and a couple at 9 due to spacing issues. The height between rows is also pretty snug and in some cases you get bottle scrape when sliding out and in. The build quality I must say looks nicer online. It's a nice looking unit but in all honesty doesn't compare in build quality to a Marvel Pro unit I have under counter.
