“Cellar has only been up and running for less than a week, but everything seems to be working properly. Start up of unit was simple and efficient. I am very pleased with the shelving system. Bottle holders are flexible and shelves slide in and out of unit smoothly. I wish you had an upgraded design for labeling bottles for Pure L unit.”

“Delivery was smooth, installation was easy. All works well except it is a bit noisy with a high pitch tone periodically when running.”

“Very nice cooler. I haven't used it enough to judge performance, but I expect no issues. I needed to order two more shelves. Also, upon delivery i found that one of the three socket head cap screws used to fasten the handle was damaged. I removed it with pliers because the allen socket was damaged. The threads were OK, and I've requested a replacement screw. Louann was very helpful during my selection and purchase. She knows the products inside and out.”

“We installed a EuroCave Pure L Wine Cellar in our newly constructed home. We received excellent support from the Wine Enthusiast's representative, Darren, throughout the selection, purchase, shipping and follow-up to installation. The wine cellar arrived as scheduled and in excellent condition. I spent a few hours this morning filling the wine cellar and look forward to enjoying a glass of wine this evening.”
