“Two weeks after receiving my Eurocave Pure Wine Cellar, installed in my garage and having all my Margaux, Haut-Medoc and Pauillac resting peacefully in my Eurocave an incident happened. Doing some handiwork in the garage of our new home, my son disconnected an air hose from a small compressor and unprepared for the sudden air release, the air hose skipped form his hand and hit the door of my Eurocave! The black mirrored glass door, cracked and quickly spreading the crack in all its surface, but remained in place. Luckily my son was not hurt, but felt sorrow for the incident and ruining my Eurocave. I called Wine Enthusiast specialist Dino Sapienza, with whom I dealt with for the purchase, having explained the situation, Dino transferred me to a part specialist, who very quickly told me he will do everything to find a solution, within few minutes, he indicated that understanding the problem, Wine Enthusiast will replace the door at no charge! This is an exceptional quality of service, understanding and compassion! This type of action needs to be commended, foremost the employees dedication but also the Wine Enthusiast company policies, for such a service. Bravo to Wine Enthusiast!”

“We received white glove delivery of our new Eurocave Pure L a couple weeks ago and are quite pleased with it. It's very quiet with almost no compressor noise, much less than our refrigerator. We also have had wonderful service from our sales guy, David, and others at Wine Enthusiast. David even called us from his vacation to offer advice on a question we had. At this point, we have about 140 bottles in the cooler, the temperature is holding very steady and humidity is varying within a small range. I wish we had bought this unit earlier.”

“I had previously bought a Eurocave wine cellar, and it has performed well for several years. I decided to purchase a second unit as my wine collection had grown. Assistance over the phone when I made my purchase was top notch. Delivery and set up also went well. The unit is performing well with no issues. The newer unit is very quiet.”

“I ordered my 1st Pure L 3 years ago without any issues and has operated faulessly. I just received my 2nd one last week and the startup has been the same! EuroCave is worth every penny and brings the value!!”

“I find it difficult to compare this Pure L with the Pure M and S that I am the proud owner of.Eurocave wine cellars are just fabulous from the cool LED lights to the controlled temperature and humidity environment.My reds are well stacked, and kept : the drawers easily slide out with caution, of course.I have had other non Eurocave Units and they faded in comparison.I actually have my 1988 Eurocave first cooler still serving me brilliantly.Can I ask for more-?-Boredeaux maybe but not any other cellars.”
