“This unit does exactly what I wanted a wine refrigerator to do and it looks good doing it! The unit really is silent, I have it in my kitchen and there is no annoying or loud sounds that come from it so far (I've had it less than 1 month).I fit 28 bottles in the refrigerator including 4 champagne bottles at the bottom of the unit. The spaces are a tight squeeze with champagne and pinot noir bottles but I still got everything in there that I wanted so not complaining. Delivery was easy and done well. Unit was in perfect condition upon arrival - it was packed very well.I'm one happy customer!”

“Purchased to replace a previous generation W.E. silent fridge of the same size which was over 6 years old. New generation holds temp much better and can reach a much colder relative temp. The latest can cool to at least 20 degrees below ambient. Controls are obvious. Sleeker look without handle and narrow frame around glass door. Shelves no longer have a cross piece on the front which makes it easier to take bottles in and out. Interior volume seems slightly larger than the old version but larger circumference bottles are still a squeeze. Only drawback is no lock (helpful just to keep little kids out).”

“We've had the refrigerator for about a month. There was slight damage during shipment and it was taken care of very quickly and we're quite pleased with the result.The refrigerator is in our living room and it's hard to believe how quiet it is (which was a concern). We're very happy with the purchase.”

“Attractive, quiet, nice digital controls. The thermometer feature is wonderful. The soft blue lights are actually pretty cool. I thought they would be a negative but they are not.”

“If you intend on keeping Pinot or Chardonnay, this is NOT the fridge for you. You'll have to remove every other shelf in order to get your bottles to fit without forcing the shelves in and out and scraping the labels on the shelf above. Aside from that, it's reliable. I would have purchased something else had I known that this was built only for Bordeaux or smaller bottles.”

“The ad said "WH.ISPER QUIET", it is not. The damn thing runs almost 24/7, so I can't wait to see my next electric bill .Would I recommend it, I don't think so!!”
