“Ok, bought a Siena Wine Credenza (not here as it was cheaper with shipping elsewhere) but I called Wine Enthusiast to order the 2ea 28 bottle Silent Touchscreen fridges... they work well, though 52 degrees is a cold as it gets...and the fans are a tad noisy.My problem is getting replacement fans... using the part number on the fan you can find many on the internet and locally at computer parts places but they do not fit at all.. so I called Wine Enthusiast, and ordered the fans since they have my order on file, yet I get the same fans I can buy elsewhere and thus do not fit.I need replacement fans or I have to buy new fridges and these aren't even 2 years old yet. Sucks when you can't get the correct fan fro the place you bought the fridge.”

“I received this wine refrigerator as a wedding gift and couldn't be happier with it. It looks great, holds more than enough wine and is easy to set to the perfect temperature.”

“The unit resets its temperature to the lowest temperature after every power failure, which happens several times a a week where I live. So if I want to keep my wine at any other temperature other than the lowest, I actually end up cycling the temperature of my wine every week, which isn't good.”

“Well, as you can see from the "Title", this is our second one. The first lasted a few years...had to have it "repaired" once ...and that lasted about a year and then it really died. Hopefully this one will last longer. A little different design this time....hope will it be better...only time will tell.”

“The refrigerator seems to work just fine, but make sure it is used in a well-ventilated space because we put it on a counter in a very large work closet and it causes the closet to become very warm.”

“Only had it for 3 weeks so not sure about the effect on our electric bill. I wouldn't describe it as "silent" but it's in the basement so not an issue. As with most wine racks some odd shaped bottles do not fit but overall it is just as expected. The biggest problem I had was that the delivery company only delivers Monday-Friday during business hours and delivery required a signature. Unless you don't have a job this is a big problem since I also couldn't go pick it up myself during those hours. The delivery company would only tell you the day of delivery which 4 hour block of time they would deliver. This would've been a deal breaker for me if I had known it in advance. The customer service folks at Wine Enthusiast helped me out by allowing the delivery company to leave it on my porch without a signature. Otherwise I wouldn't've been able to ever get it without taking time off work. The delivery company said the only way they would promise to deliver at a certain time would cost an extra $75. Guess they only deliver to retired people and housewives :-)”
