“I didn't really do my homework and didn't realize that this unit is for wine storage not quite cold enough to be a beverage cooler. But we're keeping it because of the size and look. We use an ice bucket when we have guests anyhow! Delivery was great but know that someone has to be home to receive it.”

“The unit itself looks nice and works mostly as advertised. It chills quickly and is fairly compact. However the wine racks allow for limited useage as you wont be able to squeeze 28 bottles of just anything in there. They can be adjusted but really the only solution is to take 1 or more racks out to accomodate slightly larger bottles reducing the overall capacity. Another annoyance is the sound. This unit is advertised as "silent" but it produces a distinct humming noise constantly, loud enough to hear from a room away if there is no other ambient noise in the house. I even had a second unit shipped out thinking that the first one was broken it was so loud. But alas, no the second was just as noisy.I will say that the customer service team is very nice and helpful but in the end I am sending both units back. I wouldn't recommend this unit for in-home useage. Perhaps if you were looking for something to hold a few extra bottles in the garage this may have the right price point for that. Cheers.”

“We just wanted a small wine refrigerator that we could put in the dining room as we have a larger one in our garage. This one is very nice, touch-screen, attractive. My only complaint is that it is a trifle loud and the racks do not move in and out smoothly. However, these a pretty minor issues and all in all it is a nice refrigerator that suits our purposes quite well - especially for the price. In this regard it is a good value.”

“There is much too little space between the shelves to allow for easy insertion and removal of bottles. It is impossible to slide a whole shelf out to veiw the bottles on the shelf. Unit is fairly quiet but definitely not silent.”

“This cooler replaced one damaged by Superstorm Sandy, and while it's in the same price range (several hundred dollars, which is a lower end price), it's much better. It's very quiet, the shelves, while not adjustable, at lease slide out a bit, and the temperature is shown digitally.”

“The delivery option offered with this item was not that good even it was free.It took too almost two weeks and I had to call and schedule the delivery day snd time. They we late after all. Just too much hustle.”
