“I bought this fridge to use for my long term storage. I keep it in our "office" at home. Temperature stays consistant. Looks great. Not totally silent, you can hear the fan running, but it is in no way loud. I recommend it!”

“Delivery was very well handled especially for cost...free. Cooler was very well packed and was easy to gety going. Oter comments correct about putting Pinot size bottles in. Cuts storage to 21-24 bottles. Was a bit surprised at the constant busing sound when on. Ofter louder than our refrigerator. Not horrible but annoying.”

“The delivery was very late. It was scheduled for the morning, then changed to the afternoon and then was delayed again for the evening which was not acceptable! They finally arrived at 8:15 pm after my husband waited all day at home for this. The product came in fine condition and I did call customer service after the fact and they did offer a small gift card which was a nice gesture.”

“Some expensive wines bought in Sonoma County in a hot environment (Phoenix); this will protect two cases from the heat and have them ready for special times.”

“I have had this unit for over a year, and generally I have been pleased with it. However, lately the light has mysteriously been turning on by itself. I turn it off, and the next day it is back on again without anyone even having been in the same room. Several emails to Wine Enthusiast customer service have not yielded any response.”

“Worked fine for a year. Then temp was always at least 58 degrees. Eventually I found an air filter screen which was dirty. No mention of this in manual. Works fine now after cleaning it.I am still trying to figure out how to remove and clean water box. No help in manual.”
