“Great in hot summers to keep wine cool. Fortunately, the shelves are adjustable, because bottles larger than standard claret 750ml won't fit without raising the shelf above. If you have several larger bottles, you won't be able to store 28 bottles. However, for my purposes, it's great! Once temperature is reached, it's very quiet.”

“Delivery took two weeks. Don't be fooled by the 3-5 business days double talk. The local delivery man was nice, but customer service for the shipping company was rude and belligerent. Be careful who Wine Enthusiast chooses to deliver. Insist on a nationally known company. The product did arrive in good condition. Wine Enthusiast customer service did nothing to help me with the shipping company. I like Wine Enthusiast and their products, but I am reconsidering any further purchases because of this experience.”

“Super nice .... my reds have never tasted so good! Love the little blue light that lights up the bottles. It really only fits 24 bottles but I love it anyways.”

“Why does the twelve bottle have two temperatures and the 28 bottle does not. Cannot fit 28 bottles in the unit”

“This is a very good product. A little deeper than initially thought it would be, but fits well in corners. I wish I would have purchased a bigger unit, since if you do have Pinot bottles it does affect the capacity quite a bit. All in all, this was a good purchase.”

“We had a small wine refrigerator and it broke so I decided to get a larger one. I am happy I did because this one is quiet, keeps a steady temperature and looks good in my kitchen.”

“This product lives up to most of it's claims and is well worth the price. It is attractive, very quiet and maintains it's temperature well. I see some complaints about having to take out a shelf to accommodate bigger bottles, so the claim perhaps should read "up to 28 bottles". Not a problem with me, though. I tested the temperature inside with a mercury thermometer and it showed about 3 degrees warmer than the unit displayed. Not a deal-breaker, fixed by lowering the setting. Maintenance of temperature is the key, and the unit performs well in that regard. It's so nice to drink a white Burgundy at the correct temperature rather than pulling it out of the 40-degree refrigerator.”
