“The unit is much louder than I expected based upon the reviews I read. The shelfs are very tight and scratch bottles. Overall the product is OK (especially if you're not willing to buck up for the more expensive models)”

“I've had the fridge for over a month now and wanted to take the opportunity to confirm certain comments I have seen and contradict others.Storage capacity is definitely an issue. Even though it is advertised as a 28-bottle fridge, it only holds 27 "standard" bottles since only three bottles fit in the bottom. Once the bottom shelf is loaded, it flexes to the point where four bottles do not fit underneath it. And if you have larger bottles the capacity drops to 24 or even 20.The maximum ambient operating temperature is stated as 77 degrees F. This is important due to the fact that when the temperature in the room exceeds 80 degrees, the fridge cannot maintain its set temperature. It was particularly hot in the DC area in early July. Since I do not run the air conditioner while at work, the room would get into the lower 80's and the temperature inside the fridge would be up to five degrees warmer than the setting. When it cooled off in late July, the room would only get in the upper 70's and the temperature was only off by less than one degree.When the cooling fan is in normal operating mode you can barely hear it, unless you are standing right next to the unit. Even when it is in "cooling" mode after you open the door, the sound does not increase substantially. It is NOT like the compressor on an air conditioner which can make it difficult to hold a conversation or watch television.Bottom line; I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an entry-level fridge. Yes, it has its flaws. But it is $100 less than the only other similar-capacity wine refrigerator I have found with a majority of good reviews. I also like the styling better than all the stainless steel designs.”

“1st delivery attempt was prompt but nobody was home so they didn't leave it or try to reschedule the delivery. After a couple of weeks I had to call the shipping company, who referred us to the company they contracted with locally. Once I got to the company they were quick to reschedule delivery. The item came in very good condition, no issues other than the delay.”
