“We are very pleased with the quality and space this wine cooler is providing to store out wine collection! Of course, we have more wine than we thought and in hind sight could have probably used a second one! Maybe another time!”

“This wine cellar is sleek and elegant. It fits nicely into our den area and makes it easy to store extra wine. The only problem is that the door handle does not attach properly at the top.”

“I have two side by side, purchased at Costco in 2020. They look great and I love the racking, but like so many others I sent the temp at 48 to keep it at 55. Also, humidity is way too low. I can’t recommend them for aging wines.”

“There is a design problem with the door. When installing you have to be careful tightening the screws apparently if you screw too tight the glass shatters. That’s what happened to us. My husband is a mechanical engineer (from MIT) so if he broke the glass then others might as well. Sure enough when I talked to the rep there are 10 orders for doors. Fortunately we are getting a new door shipped but it is back ordered. I think you need to address this design flaw or else you won’t make any money on this item.”
