“The cellar itself is great. The white glove moving service is one of the worst I experienced. Two days to be told via e- mail that they were not coming. Impossible to communicate with the selected delivery service. Would I do it again, probably not if I had to deal with fragile pac as the delivery team”

“The wine cooler is great, seems to be working just as it is supposed to, 55 degrees. Had problems though with first delivery company and also with unit, was broken and had to reject. Secondly, I was told that the unit would be shipped on a certain date because it was on inventory, called and after to be shipped and told was not on inventory, so had to wait. 2nd shipping company was good though.”

“What a great experience... from the order, to the shipping, but most important is the fridge itself. Look and functionality are spot on. Best shelving system in a cooler I have ever had. Highly recommend!”
