“The EuroCave is the best looking wine cellar we saw - which was important to us since it was in the great room in our condo. It blends in and is barely noticeable at first; and upon further inspection looks very sophisticated. Easy set up and the racks are very flexible and easy to configure. The humidity has gone up and down a little bit inside the cellar - especially the first 2 weeks (perhaps due to Florida AC?), but seems to have settled a little now. And temperature control is fine (and more important IMO). My one complaint: I have mostly Cab in my EuroCave, some of which are very wide bottles. So the capacity has been more 9 or 10 bottles per shelf, not 12.”

“The delivery caused the fridge to be unplugged in the back an I had to take the back panel off with a screwdriver to reconnect it Otherwise it seems to be working fine.”

“Top of the line wine storage from Eurocave. We've had our unit up and running for about a month now with no issues. White glove delivery went smoothly although there were a couple of hiccups with scheduling. The all black finish is absolutely gorgeous. There are several options for shelf layout and I've set mine up to showcase 2 bottles in the front of every shelf. This gives me 8 bottles per shelf out of the maximum 12. The nice thing is that you can adjust and readjust this at any time. I don't usually write reviews but I'm very happy with our purchase and would recommend this to a friend.”

“The new unit replaced one that was 22 years old. Although it has an odd rear tray that reduces capacity (can take out), the most disappointing issue is that the internal power cord had not been plugged in by the factory or the “white glove installers. No power…after the unit had been fully loaded with bottles. Required an unloading, movement of the unit, modest screwdriver work to connect the plug, and then reloading. Very disappointed in customer service, who acknowledged the unit often comes this way. .”
