“Excellent quality, performs super well. Has excellent temperature and humidity control. Love everything about the unit. However White Glove delivery left alot to be desired. I spent an entire day on assembly and accumulated a large garbage bag of packing material. For $199 I expected alot better delivery. I would highly recommend Eurocave, just not the White Glove delivery.”

“The unit started up well temperature wise but not humidity. Looking back I would not soak the lava rock that gets put in the bottom after drying it from a 3-4 hr soak. I have put in a dehumidifier that brings it down to 60%. The white glove service only provided to take away the shipping box and wheel it into the house. I had to set up all 14 trays, balance the unit and attach door handle. Not much work but to pay $199 to wheel into your house is ridiculous. The other issue is it doesn’t hold number of wine bottles it claims. Vineyards don’t follow a standard so some are fatter rather than skinny and that only allows 9-10 bottles per row instead of 12. The other problem is you can’t close the drawer because the fatter bottles won’t clear the upper shelf. I have not had the unit long enough to comment on Wine Enthusiast’s horrible ratings on customer service if something goes wrong with the unit”

“I love the design. Great to have both temp and humidity information. The flexible shelving system is a fantastic design to accommodate different size bottles. The lighting is beautiful and the metal plates for naming and organizing the collection are also a nice design feature. Would highly recommend this model.”

“I’ve had a EuroCave Revelation L wine refrigerator for over a month now. The delivery was straightforward, and the unit has been operating well since then. It is very quiet and looks great. As delivered, the shelving accommodated 750 mL bottles of varying types from Bordeaux to Burgundy. I’m quite pleased with this purchase.”
