“If you take the bottom shelf out you can fit champagne bottles or other fatter style bottles on the bottom. I was also afraid that my riesling bottles wouldn't fit but they fit just fine. For the price who cares that you have to take out the bottom shelf? This frig is also nice for white wines as the temp goes lower than 55. Some people don't like that they have to remove a shelf in order to fit certain bottles but it doesn't matter to me because it works. Not perfect but perfectly acceptable.”

“I have this small tabletop wine refrigerator in the same room as our TV, and we don't even notice it is there as this little refrigerator is dark and quiet. As others have mentioned, it does not hold chubby or taller bottles of wine, but for our use, that is okay. It is a convenient addition to our downstairs bar and sits virtually unnoticed on the countertop behind the bar.”

“Loved the looks. Bottles are very difficult to get in and out.Too tight and scrapes the label off. I love the convenienceof the counter size. Wish it was easier to load/unload.”

“The wine cooler was advertised to hold 12 "standard" bottles. Most of the bottles that I had on hand (almost 6 cases)looked "ordinary" but almost none of them went in and out of the cooler without scraping. The distance between the shelves is about a 1/4 inch too small. I solved the problem by using a hacksaw to remove the silver bar in the front of the rack (appears to be functionless anyway - simply eyewash). Huge improvement in getting the bottles in and out. Now almost every bottle we put into the cooler slides in just fine. Would strongly suggest that Wine Enthusiast make a few very small changes to this products design to allow easy storage (no scraping)for the majority of bottles sold in wine stores - if they do make it slightly larger (about 1/2 inch in the inside) they will have a winner.”
