“We love this wine cooler. This replaces a previous wine enthusiast thermocouple refrigerator. This compressor design is more reliable and amazingly quiet. One strange event, however, is that the display changed from Fahrenheit to Centigrade without any obvious action on our part. It stayed this way for a few days and today went back to Fahrenheit. I have no reason why.”

“its very nice, i like it. i think it has a serious design flaw with the bottom section. several of the bottles i have are too long to lay flat and have wine on the bottom shelf. don't understand why it couldn't have an inch more of space between the bottom shelf and the bottom section to fit larger bottles.”

“I received my Cooler and had a small issue with it. I thought this was going to be a nightmare especially with them all working at home and the time it would take to get satisfaction. To my surprise, the entire phone call took less than 5 minutes and the result was far better than I ever expected.... Wine Enthusiast empower their people to make decisions. THEY'RE THE BEST!! “I like this wine cooler. I like the dual zones. I keep some white wine chilled and slip in a bottle of water for convenience. It's good because it fits in a small space, which was all I had available. On the down side, the shelves are a bit tight for my bottles so I have to alternate positions but that worked out. Also, it is a bit noisy at times so I would be careful of the location. Overall, I would buy it again.”

“I've had this wine cooler for about 3 weeks and the only issue I have is with how loud it is when the compressor is running, which is rather frequently. I was expecting it to be about the same as a kitchen refrigerator but it is noticeably louder than that. It does maintain temperature well.”
