“I am enjoying my new wine cooler. My first one started making very loud noises and WE replaced it immediately for me. They have the best customer service. This is a very attractive looking wine cooler. It’s nice having the two temperature zones. The temperature zones are easy to set. I’m really enjoying it. Rocky Zotter”

“Overall nice looking and spacious dual-zone unit for the price, able to fit a large variety of wine and sparkling wine bottles. In my case, I've noticed there is a difference of 1 to 2 degrees with respect to the target temps you configure, another downside is that the compressor is a bit noisy at the end of the regular cooling cycles, you can clearly hear a clicking sound that over time can become annoying as the unit runs multiple cycles throughout the day.”

“I was hoping to place this next to a bar cabinet but it is way too loud. Louder than my refrigerator and my dishwasher. I tried to tolerate it but after a week I couldn't stand it any longer. It is now in my utility closet. Also, and this isn't shown in the photos, but there's a large "Wine Enthusiast" logo on the glass door which I also found off-putting so probably for the best that I had to hide the unit. Finally it runs a lot for such a small cabinet who's door is only opened every couple of days. I wouldn't buy again. The temperature of the wine seems good so it does do that well.”

“Noisy. Customer service non- responsive. Sent video to demo problem, ignored. Mikee was NOT helpful.”

“Love the way it looks and keeps wine cool very nicely. The compressor is not bothersome but the thermostat clicking and buzzing is quite annoying. Wish they had used something that would soften the click/buzz sounds.”

“Working perfect so far. Hope it last my neighbors temperature does not work his Wine Enthusiast refrig is 5 years old.”
