“We bought this wine cooler last Christmas and the first one was so noisy that it was interfering with watching TV, reading in adjacent rooms of our fairly open first floor and made socializing in the same room as the cooler impossible. With an email, a phone call and providing a video of the noise, we got a quick response and promptly received a replacement cooler. Six months later we rarely notice the much quieter compressor operating. A very positive experience with Wine Enthusiast.”

“This was to replace (second time due to age?) the frig from a Siena set purchase. I like the new interior design and the frig seems to be operating properly. I'mjust leery because of the two prior failures.”

“The 24 Bottle Wine Cooler has performed as promised by maintaining a constant set temperature. Really like too the stand-up bottle feature to store opened wine. The smaller compact size is perfect for a smaller kitchen area.”

“This is a great size and well designed. It’s perfect if you already have a wine cellar but want to maintain a small selection closer for your daily use. The ability to store an open bottle is a really great.”
