The refrigerator looks sleek and is quiet. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the racking is a flimsy and it doesn't allow for the larger bottles, but for the price (on sale) I am very happy with it.

The cooler was on back order, so it took quite awhile before I actually received it after placing (and paying for) the order. However it arrived in excellent shape, and was very easy to unpack and set up. I followed the instructions of allowing the cooler to sit, unplugged for 24 hours, and the wine cooler has performed flawlessly since then (I've had it for about a month). It doesn't run frequently, and is very quiet when it does. The upright bottle storage feature is especially useful, as there are frequent occasions when we don't finish a bottle the day it's opened. I'll have to wait and see what the reliability is after a year or two, but so far, I'm 100% pleased with my purchase.

This is my third wine fridge. The first one was replaced because wine leaked from open bottles and ruined the door gasket. The replacement stopped cooling the white section. I was told that this model, with a compressor and not a circuit board, would last longer. I do like that it has room to stand up open bottles. I don't like that there is only one temperature zone, so do I chill for reds or for whites? Or between, meaning both are wrong? Maybe the fourth will have a compressor, a way to stand bottles, two zones and a reasonable price. A girl can dream.

I knew going in that this wine cooler would likely hold fewer bottles than it says it does. I have been able to put 20 bottles in it using the « standing room » and the bottom. I wish it had dual zone cooling but I was not willing to pay for it, so I leave it at 54 which is a compromise for the reds and whites we put in it. I do not « store » wine per se; we generally drink a bottle within 6 months of buying it. For our basic needs, this cooler works well. The packaging was fantastic!

This wine cooler sits its a nice addition to our dining room and it is quiet when the compressor kicks on. The bottle capacity is just as it is stated and you can put in 24 regular sized bottles. In my cooler will be holding 20 regular and 2 oversized bottles. The BOTTOM SHELF is rather hard to get bottles in or out since it needs to go in sideways through the slot on the holder. I'm storing a large bottle of Bailey's and champaign which is bigger and doesn't fit in any of the upper shelves. I knew this before deciding to make the purchase. The slight drawback is the really BRIGHT DIGITAL NUMBERS on the front. There is no way to dim it and becomes a distraction. I solved this by using a plastic darkening film you get when your eyes are dilated by an optometrist (the dark film you wear over your glasses), cut it and slid it under the metal frame. I doubled it since the light was still noticeable. (Pre and Post display pictures here). A design drawback are the SHARP METAL CORNERS. I accidentally reached for something when the unit is opened and scratched my arm. OUCH! Although the corners nice looking, the corners are sharp to the touch. Just use some caution in the event you are a klutz like me. THE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS are easy to adjust but it shows one degree Fahrenheit higher than the inside temperature. With a full refrigerator, it is not a deal breaker. The unit is very easy to set up and adjust and just follow the instructions. No complaints here. I bought this single temperature cooler to keep and store my wines and a constant temperature. With unknown challenges in climate, the warm days will get warmer and it will be good to enjoy my wine without it all going bad. Storing wine in my inside garage is no longer an option. This refrigerator is priced higher than others in this size category. It doesn't look like the many others on the market and I trust that this will last for years to come. Enjoy.

Followed the setup instructions and it has worked perfectly for the three weeks I’ve owned it. Set the temp at 55 and it holds there. No noise at all; I really like the ability to store 3 or 4 bottles vertically. Door closes fine for Riesling bottles stored on the racks. Pinot Noir bottles can fit well with Bordeaux bottles if you plan for it.
