“Arrived promptly, undamaged, and in good working order. Is exactly as advertised as to capacity, cooling, etc. The only “knock” on this is the noise level, while not high, is definitely noticeable in our home which has hard surface floors. The upright bottle storage is nice for keeping open bottles cool.”

“Cant get the temp above 43 degrees. Sent 3 emails with no response from customer service. Tried to call, waited for service technician for 6 minutes only to have my call drop off. Tried several times after that only to have my calls drop. Been out of town last week, guess I will have to try and get a hold of somebody this week. There is condensation on the door and my wine bottles are wet. I would not be able to put red wines in this cold fridge”

“I am pleased with my wine cooler. It was delivered promptly and with clear instructions for use. It cools properly without noise. However, it does not hold all sizes of most wines, therefore, it cannot hold the number of bottles stated.”

“As advertised. Seems well built. Easy to set up. Reaches set temperature quickly and maintains it accurately, even in summer and w/o AC in the house. The one con is that it is cumbersome to store bottles wider than the standard Bordeaux-style. In fact, this cannot be done at all on some of the shelves, so expect capacity to be reduced well below the advertised 24 bottles if you have a mix. I know the website states this clearly, but I am finding it more annoying than I expected.”

“Compact and reliable temperature. Well packed for shipment and price is reasonable. Problem is when compressor starts there is a tinkling/ringing noise as though something was loose and vibrating. Have not figured out what that is yet, but hope to isolate and fix the annoying problem. Thank you.”
