“My single zone wine cellar arrived and didn't work. The response was to throw it away or donate it. I was told I would receive a replacement shortly. After waiting a week, I called and was told it would arrive in two days on a Friday. It did not arrive in two days! I then got tracking info that it would arrive Monday. It arrived Saturday when I had to be away. You have about the worst customer service of any company I deal with. I would never buy a product again from you”

“Very disappointed in the quality of the shelving. Had to remove top shelf in order to stand bottles up on the side. Afraid to pull rack out as bottles may fall off. Replaced a KingsBottle wine refrig as computer board failed for 2nd time in 7 yrs but it was built much better.”

“This cooler arrived very quickly, well packaged and undamaged. After waiting the recommended 24 hours we connected it and turned it on, setting it to 41 degrees. It has maintained that temperature consistently ever since. Although the compress running can be heard it is not loud or annoying. The size was perfect fit for a place in our kitchen and the amount of bottle storage is just right for our needs. We especially appreciate the stand up opening on the side for opened bottles. The bottom storage allows for storage of non standard oversized bottles. We are very pleased with this cooler and highly recommend it to anyone considering a unit this size.”
