“Beware of the fine print! They charge for every 7 stairs (first 7 are free) to deliver to upper level apartments! Not a fare price considering the unit itself is not that heavy and one man carried it on his shoulder in a flash!”

“I did a lot of research before buying a wine fridge because I wanted the best value and a product that would last. We've had this fridge for about 6 months now and we love it! It's quiet and sleek-looking. We keep it in the kitchen, next to the counter, and never notice a sound from it. The only thing that would make this fridge better would be if the shelves were adjustable because some of the wider bottles don't fit very well (although you can put them along the bottom). Overall, we're very happy with our purchase!”

“I own two of these. They work great, easy to use, set up and the shelves come out if you need to change the arrangement. I actually took all of the shelves out of the bottom of one to use them for stand up bottles. My only gripe about this fridge is the temp doesn't stay put on either one.It fluctuates a few degrees. Although i understand that this is normal due to ambient temp, when setting the thermostat lower it doesn't help. The fan just runs and doesnt catch up until hours later. Also I could never get mine to achieve the listed "LOW temps". I live in CA for what its worth and usually have my house around 72-78 even in summer. I give it 3.5 stars due to the temp and also no one responded to me from WE when I contacted them about this for suggestions. Would i still recommend it to a friend? Yes. pitbull30 At [@]”

“There was a lot of confusion with my order. First I was told it was at the airport and that they needed to pick up the shipment - they would call me shortly to set up delivery. After a few days I called back as no one had contacted me to set up a delivery date....the shipment was gone and they had to order another??!! Did not understand this at all and neither the trucking company nor Wine Enthusiast could explain what happened. Then the day of delivery they took it to my office rather than my home (originally it was to be delivered to the office - but I had requested home delivery and trucking company confirmed both via email and phone message using my correct home address). Poor driver...he was very helpful and apologetic - he drove to my home within an hour. He helped me unpack and move it to where I wanted it in my dining room. One other note is that the packaging was simply bubble wrap (a ton) and styrefoam top. The bottom of the refrigerator was exposed, however, there were no scratches or dents and it is working perfectly. In the end it was a frustrating process but the driver saved my sanity!!”
