“The shelf spacing makes it difficult to use even somewhat unusual, though much used, bottles. The one liter bottles of Zweigelt and GrÃ¼ner Veltliner create problems. Don't expect the "light" to permit you to see anything. The refrigerator looks great and maintains temperatures very well.”

“I installed the cooler and it worked fine for about 10 days. Then, the bottom unit went out. Could not tell if it was the digital control or if it was the cooling unit as there was not exhaust from the fan at that point. The good news is I called customer service and they shipped a new unit [...]. All I had to do was put the unit back in the box and tape it up. I was glad that I had not thrown the box away. I liked the unit well enough to want a replacement rather than a refund. So even though I am indicating I would recommend to a friend, I really do not know if that statement would stand if the next unit goes out. My 4 out of 5 rating is based on the service from Wine Enthusiast.”

“My only complaint: Since most wine bottles are different shapes and sizes, some bottles don't fit as well as others. Maybe it needs a little more space in between rows. The bigger, thicker bottles have to go on the bottom, which is OK.”
