“This is a great auxiliary for our main wine cellar which is 3 floors down. I can keep my favorites close at had so that when company comes I don't have to leave and go to the cellar.”

“The first cooler sent was the wrong one. The correct cooler was sent but took longer to get here than the first one. The correct cooler had a small dent in it from shipping. I elected to keep it, and get a credit. The credit was promised within 3-5 business days. It has been 10 business days and I have not seen the credit on my account. I called service and they said it was in the process. The service personnel are helpful and polite, but receiving a credit for something that was damaged in shipping is too slow.”

“It took three deliveries to get a refrigerator that we could use. The first arrived with a damaged door and had to be returned. The second arrived with the bottom crushed and the upper door completely broken off. The third arrived in good condition and thus far, we have not had any problems. Returns were very easy through UPS, but it was very inconvenient during the holidays to have two refrigerators in the garage waiting to be returned. Thankfully, customer service was very gracious.”

“Gave as a gift and my children love it and the grandgirls love the lights. Exposed controls exposed to little hands. If there are small children around, keep an eye on your settings.”

“The only complaint I have is minor. I set the lower (red wine) temperature at 65 and it almost always shows 64. No big deal, just an observation. Also, my unit arrived with some damage, a small crease in the cabinet. It [...] was obviously a warehouse problem. [...]Although it didn't affect the operation, esthetically no one wants to start out with a damaged product. Even though I can hide the minimal damage,[...] It is a pleasure to work with a rational company.”
