“The first one that was shipped was dented on top so we had to send it back (we were a little disappointed because we were so excited about the fridge). Wine Enthusiast made swapping it out very easy. They had UPS pick up the next day and promptly sent us a new one.”

“Great product. The temperature fluctuates a little when my apt gets a little warm. Its mostly because I leave my A.C. off during the day. Otherwise, its a great unit, and I would easily buy it again if I had the choice. The black reflective surface is very attractive, and Ive gotten many compliments for it.”

“i BOUGH THIS ITEM FOR A FRIEND WHO HAD A CHEEPY ONE THAT BROKE AFTER 6 MONTHS AND HE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. hE SAYS ITS QUITE AND LOVES THAT THE CAN STORE BOTH REDS AND WHITES. HE STRICTLY DRINKS REDS BUT ALWAYS HAS SOME WHITE ON HAND FOR WHEN HE BRINGS OVER HIS LADY FRINDS SO THAT MAKEIT CONVENIENT FOR HIM AS WELL! OVERALL HE IS VERY PLEASED WITH THE ITEM.”

“Having two zones is nice though the top zone is so small that adding in one room temperature bottle can raise the temperature in the compartment 8 degrees. It takes quite a while for that temperature to come back down though it does eventually get there. This drawback aside (and given the size of the top compartment this isn't unexpected) it's been a great little cooler that keeps our wine at a ready to serve temperature.”

“Top chamber does not hold the temperature readout all the time. Varies from 50 (My setting) to 56. I'm not sure if it is the actual temp or just the readout. Sometimes corrects itself about 24 hours later, sometimes 3-4 days later. Bottom chamber has been good so far. Definately would NOT buy this again!”

“It's well made and very quiet. A couple of minor negatives: Some of my bottles...likke Pinots and Syrahs are a little tight and the Outside digitial display could be a little less bright. I would prefer a black red digital display cause it looks a little too bright at night unless you would like it to act as a night light.”

“It's an ok wine fridge. Trying to set the temperature for whites and wine makes it difficult to manage it. Sometimes it stays between 50-55, but it sometimes goes higher.”
