“Based on previous reviews there appears to be a strong customer service.Quick delivery and well packaged to prevent damage.Easy to follow set up directions/program directionsSince we just recently set the cooler up-it is too soon to determine overall effectiveness-so far so good.”

“Gave it as a gift so too early to determine its energy effeciency. Compartments took about 4-6 hours to arrive at set temps from room temperature bottles. Quiet and a good looking product.”

“Awesome product at an awesome price. Wine Enthusiast has great products at very good prices and their cusomer service department actually provides real customer service. We are very happy with our 24 bottle wine cooler, it does everything it is supposed to do and looks really good while it is doing it.”

“It is quite, I placed it right behind my couch by the dining room. No complaints so far. The temperature varies by a degree, but I don't think that is a big deal at this time.It could be hard to see inside the cellar even when the light is on. But still I like the design, I like the two separate zones as I keep the top area for my wines ready to serve. Bottom is for storage for me.This is my first cellar so I think it is a good start, no complaints so far.”

“Like the overall design and look of the unit and temperature display. Wanted the two zone temperature control to separate whites/sparklings vs reds. Although 54F may be the recommended low temperature for wines, I wish one zone could go a wee bit lower in temp for those of us who like cooler white & sparkling wines. Quite satisfied with the unit.”
