“I have had this cooler for several months, and it works splendidly. Both zones keep a consistent temperature—absolutely no issues. One suggestion: keep this plugged into the wall and not a multi-port block.”

“I read a lot of reviews and this seemed to be the most highly rated at this price point. The first one I received had a large gap in the door seal. Customer service did promptly issue a replacement, which I was thankful for, however the second one still seems to have a sliver of a gap. Which may or may not account for the top zone fluctuating in temperature 3 degrees back and forth each day, while the bottom zone stays consistent. I just didn’t have the energy to deal with disposing a second one, they’re heavy. Disappointed though that it wasn’t as good as advertised.”

“This is a follow up to “Incessant Loud Buzzing” review on 6/6/24. The buzzing did not magically fade away and I finally got a rep on phone that told me they would send a replacement and to just donate the buzzing fridge. Replacement arrived with door off bottom hinge which was bent. Looked to be damaged in shipping. Talked to same rep and he sent another one. So third fridge arrived with small crack on top of door at hinge and squeaked but it works perfectly, compressor runs fairly quiet and no buzzing so it’s a keeper. I would give customer service 5 stars for replacing and not making me ship back (glad I have someone that would pick up broken fridges). But, although they look great, product is cheaply made and does not ship well so giving it 3 stars for net 4 rating and hoping it lasts!”

“Received my beautiful wine fridge on Friday, May 31. Arrived in perfect condition and I followed instructions to the letter and waited until late Saturday to turn on. It reached proper temperature and is working well. BUT, every other time the compressor runs (fairly quiet), there is a loud buzz about every 40 seconds until the compressor stops running. Loud as a door buzzer. Customer support on text told me it would “fade away” in 2-4 weeks. Will see if I can stand it that long and if not they said to contact them again for next steps. Hoping for the fade away in Texas!”
