“Followed the pre-start-up directions to the letter. Leveled the unit front-to-back and side-to-side. Since after filling the unit with at least 20 bottles, the start-up and initial operation has been flawless. Zone temperatures have been verified and the cooler has been operating with little to no notiable noise. I googled where the various wines should best go in a cooler and ended up with white wines on the top and red wines on the lower half. Most of the supplier pictures suggested bottle ends out but I have the capsule/cork ends facing out for ease of withdrawl. Also I have ensured that the bottles do not touch the interior back or front door of the unit. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“This would be a five-star review except for two things: 1) The shape of the wire racks and their spacing are specific to a standard, Bordeaux-style or cabernet-style bottle. If you try to store, say, pinot noir bottles, the vertical spacing becomes very awkward. Yes, a larger diameter bottle limits the number of bottles that can be stored on a given shelf; but a little more vertical flexibility in shelf placement, plus a creative redesign of the wire shelves, would go a long way. 2) The solid shelf separating the two vertical compartments is fixed so the space can't be re-allocated.”

“The unit does a great job at maintaining the set temperature for each zone. There is an occasional rattle that appears to come from one of the wire shelves. Most annoying is the loud click each time the compressor cuts on and off. The unit arrived in tact with no apparent damage and was well packaged.”

“We have had the wine cooler for one month. This is our second wine cooler we purchased from Wine Enthusiast. The first lasted a long time and stopped working after we moved. May have been a moving issue. We were very happy with the first wine cooler and the reputation of Wine Enthusiast that we purchased the second one from here rather than other "discount" places. Easy to level and workd right away!”
