“The Wine Cooler is great, but the FedEx delivery is a issue. The box that the cooler came in was open and broken, nothing from I could see was broken with the wine cooler.”

“Well pleased with the 32 Bottle wine cooler this my second one it replaces the 48 bottle cooler that went out.”

“I don't love it honestly. The racking is really inflexible for any bottle size other than bordeaux. Burgundy bottles have to jam in scraping the labels. 32 bottle size is idealized so it really just feels to small. I wish I had gotten somethign bigger.”

“It is difficult to fully review this product since I don't know how long it will last (given that the last one I ordered from Wine Enthusiast only lasted 3 years). It was easy to order by phone and the staff person was helpful. The shipping was fairly quick and came on the day indicated. The packaging for shipment was excellent. Setup was simple and it has been working fine.”

“1st wine cooler made a buzzing noise on compressor start and intermittently, contacted customer service and they immediately ordered a replacement, 2nd cooler works great and is quiet.”

“Super easy set up. I followed the instructions and let the unit sit unplugged and undisturbed for 24 hours after removing from the box. Then I set the temp controls for each section and thats it. Very happy with this unit.”

“I am THRILLED with my wine cooler. It’s super quiet and fits the perfect amount of bottles for a medium-size fridge. I really appreciate the dual zones. Most importantly, though, is how incredible the customer service is. I had an issue and it was more than resolved in less than 24 hours. This company deserves all the stars for their customer service / customer relations.”
