“Very disappointed in the quality of this product. The first time this cooler when deliovered it had an unhinged door, with the wires popped out. Customer service then sent me the 2nd cooler upon unpacking the door was not aligned. CS again said to throw it away. By this time I was disgusted & very disappointed in the quality of the brand. Never again, ordering anything from this store which is supposed to be the place for wine products.”

“The alerts for the delivery were never given It was delivered with no info Very bad service policy I was not home to get the wine cooler and it sat outside for 2 DAYS unattended! Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Overall I’m happy with my purchase so far. I had an issue with shipping damage on the top hinge area of the door. Rose, in Customer Care, handled my damage issue promptly & to my satisfaction. I would definitely consider future purchases from Wine Enthusiasts.”

“So far, so good. Like others, I had an issue with the door lining up. I had to remove the bottom hinge and use a rubber mallet to get the plate straightened out. After that it works great. Bottom stays at 62, the upper varies from 58 -62, mostly stays at 62. I managed to get 33 bottles in, putting 4 in the bottom.”

“We got our wine cooler and followed the directions and plugged it in and filled it after 24 hours. It created a lot of condensation on the outside every night. Customer service is excellent! They gave us suggestions which we followed and when the problem continued they sent us a new one. The new one did the same thing so we bought a tray to put the cooler in and are just going to live with the problem. The all black cooler is clean and unobtrusive in our dining room. The racks are a bit flimsy but then again we are replacing a very high end cooler and couldn’t expect that level of quality. Overall, it will do but we wish we had bought another higher end product.”
