“The replacement had the same defect. The door is loose, not secure on the top bracket, the bottom corner is bent and not able to align with the bracket. May have been damaged in shipping. I had to put metal washers on the bottom bolt to fix it.”

He made sure everything was taken care of in record time. I would never consider any other brand based on my experience. The unit is quiet, looks great and does what it's supposed to do - keeping wines cool in 2 temperature zones.”

“Only 4 stars, because the temperture keeps fluctuating. It does not stay steady. Other than that, I ok with the unit. will be contacting wine enthusiast about it, so it is on record. If it persist.”

“Wine Cooler. working just fine. Delivery was a bit sketchy - left outside my garage without notification but all good. Runs quiet - I have set the zones for 62 degrees for the time being.”

“This unit replaces my old 32-bottle unit (different brand) that lasted 25 years. Hope this one lasts as long! Love the dual temperature settings.”
