“We were a little disappointed by the fridge. So far cooling and temp regulation is good. It’s just the rest of the fridge that feels cheap. Wire rack shelves and plastic interior of fridge feels and looks flimsy and low quality. Actual bottle capacity not near stated capacity. Bright blue LED temp reader is too bright and should be red or have a way to dim. Or turn off if near a bedroom. Thought spending $1k on a larger/nicer fridge was ridiculous, but now wish we would have upgraded for better shelving and actual capacity.”

“Overall this is an excellent unit. It is quiet and maintains the temperatures perfectly. My only complaint is that the capacity is overstated. This is because some of the capacity is an open area at the bottom which is not very useful, and also because the bottle slots are made for only the smaller diameter bottles. Many brands now use the larger size bottles, and you cannot put them side-by-side. This is stated in the manufacturer's literature, but I was surprised that so many bottles fall into this category.”

“This product is excellent. Not only does it have the larger 32-bottle capacity than most "kitchen-sized coolers", the interior racking allows for flexibility and the sleek door / exterior design make for a modern "clean" look. The controls are easy to operate & understand. No memorization or technical interpretation required haha. The motor is almost entirely soundless when the cooler cycles so you can use in any location of your home & enjoy. Oh and did I mention that the first cooler we received had a damaged door? No Worries!! Wine Enthusiast had a replacement unit on its way the same week. Great Job & Thanks to the entire Wine Enthusiast Team.”
