“We were very excited to finally purchase a wine cooler. Sadly, it arrived damaged but was not noticeable until after delivery driver and we looked at it out of the box. The door is askew; it hangs off to the left and down and it doesn’t line up squarely so the seal is not tight.Upon very close inspection we then saw that the metal rod (upper right corner) that the door swivels on and that holds the wires doesn’t line up with the proper opening on the top of the door. Very frustrating as this looks like a manufacturing or quality control issue. We’re waiting to see if it holds the temperature and humidity steady or not. Please advise if there is a fix for this defect or replacement part. Thank you, Bob & MaryBeth Mathews”

“Great functionality - keeps both zones well within set temperature with little variability. Perfect size and great looking - we can keep in our dining room, so wine is easily accessible and still fits into the decor. Does make some noise (assume it is the compressor) but seems less noisy when the fridge is full of wine bottles. Also, not so noisy that it needs to be far away.”

“Customer Service was EXCELLENT when cooler arrived damaged. This unit is a little smaller than the one I replaced but so much better looking. I was a little disappointed that the bottom shelf does not fit a magnum bottle. Also, it makes a noise when running. It sounds like rain hitting the stove vent. The first few days I found myself looking to see if it was raining.”
