“I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that quite a few 750 ml bottles are too tall to fit in with the top out, you have to turn it around bottom out and push it past the rack end at the back and against the back wall. However, the info that comes with the fridge says don't put anything against the back wall. Don't know why that's discouraged, but that's what it says. I haven't noticed anything amiss even though I have maybe a dozen or so bottles that are turned the wrong way to make them fit. Otherwise, all good.”

“I have this wine fridge in the dining room of a 1600 sq ft main level and you can hear its intermittent buzzing noise throughout. Other reviews have noted the same thing, but still I wanted to talk to WE about it to see if I should be concerned. I called 4-5 hours ago and did the "we'll call you back, you won't lose your place in line" thing (there was hold music with no updates-- not how long, no place in line message, etc.) There has been no call back. If I had a serious problem, I suspect they would be very difficult to work with. I have to say I would not invest in another product from WE.”

“tried to keep my whites on top at 42 degrees and it froze the unit had to defrost by unplugging unit. When I called for service was told you have to put lower temps on bottom. Still freezes over not worth the money”

“Excellent in all regards. A bit noisy when cycles but no doubt normal as it has not affected its functioning in any noticeable way. Storing even just a few non-Bordeaux bottles reduces its capacity significantly, however. I would get a larger cooler than you think you might really need; you’ll use all its capacity sooner than you think.”

“The wine cooler is nice and I am very happy with it. The reason that I did not give 5 stars is because that the wine cooler door is not leveled and I have to realign the door.”
