“Works well. Not pleased that storage quantity was not clear in advertised bottle count; is somewhat deceptive. Would have been clear if it was stated "stores 32 bordeaux style bottles or 20 burgundy style bottles; somewhere in between for a mix of bottle styles"”

“The unit cools in both zones exactly as advertised and expected! However, makes a popping or cracking noise all throughout the day and night! I reported this to customer service and was basically told that it is normal! If you are looking for absolute quiet, I suggest you look elsewhere! Also, they were willing to take the unit back but I had to box it myself and bring it to UPS which is ridiculous! I suggest you keep the box it came in if you ordered this unit as you will need it we are not to return it if necessary!”

“Since it only holds standard bottles, many of my favorites do not fit. PlumpJack family of wines do not fit, which is a big deal. Who knew these were not standard. Also, customer service is nonexistent as I never received a single reply. It is quiet and does a nice job on my standard bottles, unfortunately more of my bottles are not standard.”
