“The plus side is the cooler looks great and maintains the dual-zone temperatures as set. However, we choose this unit as it was advertised as being "silent", which was an important factor given it was going into an open-concept condo with tile floors. I failed to look closely at all the reviews, many of which mention it being noisy. I actually returned the first unit as I thought it was faulty. However, the second unit also had a "buzzing" noise due to the fans that run 24 hours a day. These are not small fans. but rather draw 33 watts of power continuously. There is no place in the open area of our condo that the "buzzing" noise was not noticeable, so we relocated the unit to the laundry room. This unit might work for you if it can be placed in a carpeted area a little ways away from your sitting areas. We can't hear it at all from the laundry room. I am disappointed that Wine Enthusiast continues to market this as "silent" given the reviews that say otherwise here and on Amazon. I won't buy another product from them.”

“I have only had the wine refrigerator for 2 weeks but it has been as good as I had hoped it would be. It arrived in an extremely well protected carton, looks very good and cooled my wine to the selected termperatures within hours. It is quiet and maintains the reds and whites at separate settings perfectly. If it lasts 3 - 5 years and continues performing this well I would be glad to add a fifth star.”

“This is my second wine refrigerator from Wine Enthusiast. The storage capacity is excellent for my needs. Better than the earlier one I had. The temperature is very accurate and holds well. One thing surprised me. My earlier wine refrigerator had more room in the temperature control area for red wines than for white. I was surprised to find that this one has more space for the colder white bottles than for the red. (I would have rated this at 4 and 1/2 stars instead of 5 but didn't know how to make the half star. No matter. It's a good purchase.”

“This purchase was a Christmas gift for my husband, and we finally got it set up in our vacation home, which is down south, and doesn't have a basement. We migrated from a â€œnoisyâ€� 24 bottle one zone wine fridge, to this one. First, it is awesome to have the dual zone as I drink white and he drinks red. Second, it is so quiet! At least for now. Ask me in one year. This is our fourth wine fridge and hoping to get more mileage out of this one. So far - we love it. Having the accent light for the reds on the top level is a nice feature. Right now - I highly recommend this item if you are looking to store ~32 bottles in a fridge.”
